Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your official Sabrina Carpenter merchandise as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl, signed items, and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
